Our origin

Chef de Cuisine Jean-Jacques Grossi and master baker Masoud Abbasi got together this year to bring to the Salt Lake Valley the best pastries and cakes.

Chef Jean-Jacques Grossi started cooking and baking at a short age in the South of France, moving to the Greater Salt Lake area back in 1977 and being in the food industry ever since. With over 45 years of experience, the most delightful recipes are brought to life. Our chef’s favorite is his very own Feuillantine cake.

Pastry chef Masoud Abbasi with over 12 years of experience as a master baker and dessert artist has the personal mission to see people happy when they get together to share our cakes and desserts. With his personal touch and the employ of french recipes, we manage to offer the best sweet bites in Salt Lake City. Our master baker’s favorite is the Tiramisu cake.
